Wedding Planning Packages

 

 

 

 

Our Day of Coordination package is complimentary to any couples who are planning their wedding at Terra Promessa Farm.

This stress reducing option can also be used at any other venue at a reasonable price. 

This package includes: 

 

  • Two meetings with our Certified Wedding Planner

  • Unlimited contact via email

  • General Planning checklist to make sure all events are on track

  • Detailed wedding day itinerary and extensive timeline

  • Review of vendor contracts 

  • Confirm all details with appropriate vendors

  • Etiquette advisement (if desired)

  • Coordinate ceremony rehearsal

  • Manage timing of ceremony and alert appropriate parties of important events

  • Act as a liaison between wedding party, family members, and vendors

  • Use of substantial emergency kit

  • Oversee set up and tear down by all vendors

  • Set up ceremony and reception decor items not handled by a specific vendor

  • Give marriage license to officiant

  • Ensure designated person collects wedding gifts and personal items for transport

Our Mid Level Planning package includes all of the items listed in our Day of Coordination package.

In addition to all of those features, this package also includes the following items:

 

 

  • Three additional planning meeting with our Certified Wedding Planner (five meetings total)

 

  • We will join you for up to six vendor meetings

 

  • Review current budget and help make any necessary changes, adjustments, or cost cutting suggestions

 

  • Assistance with determining event design, theme, and decor

 

  • Track RSVP's

 

  • Assistance in deciding on quantities of food and beverages

 

 

 

 

 

 

Full Service Planning is our most comprehensive package. This package includes all features of both the Day of Coordination and the Mid Level packages. 

In addition to all of those features it also includes:

 

  • Unlimited meetings with our Certified Wedding Planner and unlimited meetings with vendors

 

  • Budget construction and analysis as well as in-depth budget management with payment reminders

 

  • Invitation assembly and mailing 

 

  • Research and suggestion of vendors based on couple specific budget and style preferences

 

  • Full event design, theme, and concept development

 

  • Assistance scheduling vendor meetings

 

  • Negotiate special hotel rates and reserve room blocks as well as assisting with research of activities for out of town guests

 

  • Arrange any and all transportation needs

 

  • Favor and gift/welcome bag assembly and delivery

  • Arrange rehearsal dinner details

Deals well under pressure and really works to ensure the day is how YOU envisioned, not how she wants it to be. I even forgot to prepare all the centerpieces and barely described how to do our reception decor and when I got there it all still looked amazing, despite my lack of preparation :) I just can't say enough...I was so nervous about hiring someone to help but knowing what I do now, I wouldn't have just gotten her for the day, I would have gotten a full package!"
